breakfast club | A Lakes Region Montessori

I am not sure about your house, but mine is a bit busy/chaotic each morning from about 6-7am...making lunches, toasting waffles, getting three kids dressed, finding legos, getting myself off to work...yet when you walk into ALRM anytime from about 7-7:45am, you will find the breakfast club, sitting quietly around the table. Some are still vegging out, waking up; others plays cards with Teacher Robyn; still others eat breakfast. And it is quiet and peaceful. It is a nice break before the start of the day.

Robyn's Birthday Circle

Teacher Robyn is lucky enough to celebrate her birthday every year with a young crowd of friends!! She has been around the sun a few times (that has no double meaning...at least, I don't think it does!), and a few of the kids' moms arrived with a cake to celebrate. Teacher Audrey and Teacher Emily made sure we had enough candles, and we were ready to party! Of course, Teacher Robyn chose the cha-cha-cha for her birthday song....
